It is said that elections are won on the doorstep, and that may well be true. Being armchair activists, it’s difficult to check up on that.
Twitter and blogs however are part of our social media present and future, and if the election was decided there, how would each of the wards be looking?
Was good to see you out on the doorstep again. Something great about two parties both doing what they should – speaking to local residents.

@MedwayTories would much rather see money spent on improving our environment and lives of all residents whereas @MedwayLabour continue to make excuses for the tiny few at the cost of the many.

I have no doubt had a few Medway Tory MPs taken a different tack this would be happening to them. They won’t admit it but membership is way off reasonable territory. https://t.co/TXA3506Fnc

The @MedwayTories are already over budget and raiding other ‘106’ budgets on CCTV fix after MCG shambles – and they’ve only just *started* on fixing cameras in just three locations. Dropped the ball on community safety and we are all now paying for the incompetence pic.twitter.com/zu1eUcuKln
— Tris Osborne (@cllrtrisosborne) March 31, 2019
It would be better had @RSCCA pledged the money to local homelessness charity or maybe the foodbank. Tells you something about @RSCCA when it’s money to spend elsewhere as a means to solicit personal information from residents.
— Tris Osborne (@cllrtrisosborne) March 31, 2019
If you are asking whether I’m happy the mess you’ve made with MCG is being dealt with that’s a yes. Am I happy it’s already over budget because of your mismanagement then no. And when is Cllr Mackness going to apologise for letting River residents down?!
— Tris Osborne (@cllrtrisosborne) March 31, 2019
Thats really odd, i get the same answer from residents too, saying they never seen tories in Princes Park for decade's until Labour candidate's are hot on there trail.

It's such a shame to see people with good ideas and the will to bring them to life fail to work together rather than debating issues constructively. Thankfully, there's plenty to do if we're ever going to create a fairer world for all – there's room for everyone to do their best. pic.twitter.com/BItcjkUvjN
